Podjetje Žejn d.o.o. je s svojim dokumentnim sistemom ShakeSpeare™ v sodelovanju s podjetjem Datalab vstopilo na makedonski trg

Na podlagi pozitivnih izkušenj, pridobljenih s strani slovenskih uporabnikov ERP sistema Pantheon™ in dokumentnega sistema ShakeSpeareTM (Document Management System) v oblaku, sta podjetji Datalab d.d. in Žejn d.o.o. ocenili, da je enak poslovni model uporabe ERP in DMS smiselno razširiti tudi na druge trge.

S povezavo ERP sistema Pantheon™ in dokumentnega sistema ShakeSpeare™ uporabniki na enostaven način pridobijo funkcionalnosti skeniranja in dodajanja dokumentov na posamezne poslovne dogodke ter vpogled v dokumente. S klikom na gumb ‘Skeniraj’ uporabnik skenira dokumente neposredno iz ERP ter ga samodejno dolgoročno shrani v dokumentnem sistemu. Ker se dokumentni sistem nahaja v računalniškem oblaku, uporabniku ni potrebno skrbeti za informacijski sistem, za varno hrambo na dveh lokacijah posrbi ponudnik storitve, podjetje Žejn d.o.o.. Poleg enostavne uporabe dokumentni sistem prinaša tudi prednosti, ki jih prinaša uporaba računalništva v oblaku. Končnemu uporabniku ni potrebno ob pričetku uporabe dokumentnega sistema ShakeSpeare™ plačati licenc in nabaviti strojne opreme, strošek uporabe sistema predstavlja število uporabnikov in zaseden diskovni prostor (število dokumentov).

Sistem je še posebej uporaben za računovodske servise, saj uporabniki storitev računovodskih servisov dokumente lahko skenirajo na svoji lokaciji in jih v elektronski obliki z uporabo varne povezave prenese na lokacijo računovodskega servisa.

Together with Datalab we have participated on 14th congress of accounting services in Portorož

From 9th till 10th October Žejn, together with strategic partner Datalab, participated on 14th congress of accounting services in Portorož. This was our second participation on this congress. Together with Datalab, we have lounched some fresh functionalities of our cloud oriented solution Pantheon Shake and presente it to participated accounting services.

Positive feedback gives us confirmation that we are doing good job and we are already installing first solutions generated on this event.

Together with Datalab we will continue with sales activities of Patheon Shake DMS in Croatia, Serbia, Montenegro, Macedonia and Albania.

Žejn has traditionally participated on INFOFEST in Montenegro

From October 2nd till October 8th,  Žejn traditionally participated on INFOFEST in Budva, Monte Negro. As in past, we joined forces together with our local partners ENERGODATA and global ABBYY and FUJITSU.

Festival of Information Technology Achievements – INFOFEST is a selective event that is organized by the Government of Montenegro (Ministry of Information Society and Telecommunications) and brings together authority on ICT field.

The visit has payed off all our expectations, so we are looking forward into new opportunities on this very fast developing market.

Shake MEDITX - Silver award for best innovation

On September 26th 2012, Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Slovenia (GZS) gave golden, silver and bronze GZS awards for best innovation for 2012 in Brdo pri Kranju. We are happy to announce that Shake MediTX, solution made by company Žejn d.o.o.,  received a silver award.

The solution for clinical pathways in neurology, dermatology and rheumatology is already used by clinics of the University clinical center of Ljubljana. Shake Meditix - treatment control system - increases treatment efficiency, rationalizes usage of drugs and therefore enhances the quality of treatment. According to the analysis of individual treatment procedures, the usage of Shake Meditix system reduces the possibility of medical errors.

Shake Meditix system consists of a tool for health-care instrumentation process; there is no need to program each new clinical pathways separately, but via highly adaptable and configurable software platform.

Shake Meditix - srebrna nagrada GZS za inovacijo 2012

Gospodarska zbornica Slovenije je 26.9.2012 na Brdu pri Kranju podelila zlata, srebrna in bronasta priznanja GZS za najboljše inovacije v letu 2012. Z veseljem vas obveščamo, da je srebrno priznanje prejela rešitev podjetja Žejn d.o.o. Shake Meditix.

Rešitev za izvajanje kliničnih poti v nevrologiji, dermatologiji in revmatologinji že uporabljajo na klinikah Univerzitetnega Kliničnega Centra v Ljubljani. Uporaba Shake Meditix – sistema za nadzor zdravljenja, poveča učinkovitost zdravljenja, racionalizira porabo zdravil in s tem viša kakovost zdravljenja. Na podlagi analize posameznih postopkov zdravljenja uporaba sistema Shake Meditix zmanjšuje možnost zdravniških napak.

Sistem Shake Meditix sestavlja orodje za izvajanje poslovnih procesov, za uvedbo informacijske podpore novim kliničnim potem ni potrebno programiranje, zato je uvedba Shake Meditix hitra in cenovno sprejemljiva, uporaba s strani zdravstvenega osebja pa enostavna.

ShakeSpeare za podporo kreditnemu procesu

Podjetje Žejn je s lastno DMS & BPM rešitvijo ShakeSpeare™ Procredit banki omogočilo informacijsko podporo izvajanju kreditnega procesa. Rešitev ShakeSpeare™ zajema dokumentni sistem in elektronski arhiv ter grafični urejevalnik poslovnih procesov. Grafični spletni urejevalnik poslovnih procesov omogoča, da lahko nove poslovne procese urejajo delavci banke, za kar ne potrebujejo specialističnih znanj s področja informatike.

Vsi dokumenti (vloge za kredit ter različna dokazila) se takoj ob prejemu v banko digitalizirajo (skenirajo) z uporabo rešitev podjetja ABBYY se iz dokumentov prebere njihova vsebina. Ves nadaljnji proces poteka le v elektronski obliki. Kreditni referent v rešitvi ShakeSpeare™ pripravi vlogo za kreditni odbor, jo v primeru, ko to zahteva definicija poslovnega procesa pošlje v pregled v pravno pisarno, ter jo posreduje več-članskemu kreditnemu odboru. V primeru, ko kreditni odbor sprejme sklep o odobritvi kredita, se v rešitvi samodejni ustvarijo dokumenti kot npr. sklep o odobritvi, kreditna pogodba, …. Podatki o odobrenem kreditu se prenesejo v zaledni sistem banke.

Za nemoteno izvajanje kritnega procesa je rešitev ShakeSpeare™ integrirana z zalednimi sistemu banke, za izvajanje kreditnega procesa je pomembna je predvsem integracija s sistemom, za izračunavanje bonitetni ocen komitentov banke.

Rešitev bo pri svojem delu v banki uporabljalo 600 uporabnikov. V banki predvidevajo, da bo uporaba rešitve prinesla hitrejše izvajanje kreditnega procesa z manj napakami, povezanimi z iskanjem dokumentacije. Ker bo vsa dokumentacija digitalizirana takoj ob prejemu v banko, se bodo znižali stroški kopiranja dokumentov ter pošiljanja dokumentov na centralo banke.

V banki načrtujejo, da bodo z rešitvijo ShakeSpeare™ informacijsko podprli tudi poslovne procese likvidacije prejetih računov, upravljanje pogodb, kadrovske procese ter prejeto pošti in tako postopoma povsem ukinili distribucijo papirja v banki.

Shake MEDITX received a gold medal

At the awards for the best innovation in the region Gorenjska of Slovenia for the year 2011, Žejn d.o.o. received the highest prize, a gold medal.

We entered the competition with the Shake MEDITX product, which was developed with the help of European funding. The system enables fast and intuitive solution for all types of clinical paths, as it can be easily configured using a graphical modeling language BPMN2, which is designed to be a tool that a little technical thinking person can easily grasp. Changes in the design of clinical paths are immediately reflected in the intuitive data capturing web interface.

The product places itself above the hospital information system and represents the next level of abstraction of clinical paths management.

On 28.5. we have started ABBYY Effective business week with ABBYY academy to equip our partners with best possible knowledge.

After attending and successfully completing a certification training course, partners will get Certified Partner Status. ABBYY offers different partner levels based on partner commitment and participation.

Same place, AZZARO BUSINESS CLUB, will be next two days (31.5. and 1.6.) place for technology leaders in imaging, DMS, BPM, data recognition solutions and avtomatization of document life cycle.

Žejn d.o.o. is organizing the 3rd traditional International Business Forum, ABBYY Effective Business Week No.3.

The conference will be held in Belgrade at the Azzaro Business Club, 36 Jurija Gagarina Street, from 28th May, to 1st June 2012.

Continuing the trajectories of the past years, the event targets all important companies in the field of data recognition, document management, and archiving as well as business process management.
